I ordered this buckle as an anniversary gift for my husband. I had no clue what I was doing and requested they make the buckle ‘with information given.’ Jo was so kind to still call and talk through the order with me — coaching me through the selections and options. The buckle is beautiful and my husband was in awe of it.
