Ordering
Turn around can take up to 6 weeks, sometimes up to 8 weeks during our busy season and 4 weeks during our slower times.
Orders are made in the order received, all hand cut and crafted. Quantity & design impacts turn around time.
Year end awards try to think 10 weeks in advance, and Christmas orders should be in by October to guarantee delivery by Christmas.

Steps...
Step 1 (0 – 2 weeks)
After you submit your order, Jo will hand sketch your order(s). If you request a design consultation, you'll be contacted to schedule a meeting where you can share information on the design you are wanting. Then we will make a digital proof to approve or modify. Once you approve, our team will begin fabrication.
Step 2 (2 – 5 weeks)
Our production team works hard to bring your product(s) to life. We hand cut every piece of the buckle, weld it together, sand, polish, engrave & polish again. Depending on the design we will add the stones, & paint, apply the finish & sealant coat. When completed, we will send you pictures and tracking number.
